A vile prank

With severe shivering he stood
At the side of the river
Tired from his afternoon swim
His lips started to quiver

With searching eyes and a fierce look
He took a stare around him
Instead of enjoying nature
He stood there ever so grim

He searched under rocks and bushes
But nowhere he could detect
The pile of his clothes he left there
Since the last time that he checked

So where is the evil doer
The thug who did this vile prank
Wherever did he go and hide
He deserves a serious spank

A thousand dances

I dreamed last night that you would give me a fair chance
So I could hold you in my arms at the last dance
As if we danced a thousand dances together
We endlessly waltzed the night in summer’s weather

You left me breathless with your penetrating gaze
I felt empyrean in your soundless appraise
As if we spoke a thousand senseless wordless words
We shared a strong feeling of freedom, just like birds

But then you hurt me, you said I didn’t belong
You knew from the start that all was utterly wrong
As if a spiral sucked my heart into the void
It did hurt as if I was thoroughly destroyed

How strange that you led me first to heavenly bliss
Took me by the hand and gave me a soaring kiss
As if you guided me to the end of the shore
Then clipped my wings so I couldn’t fly anymore

The Blob

When I woke up this morning
I stepped into a world unknown
And during this time aborning
The life I knew was blown

I must admit I am a bit derange
A bit irrational and crazed
But for me, that is not strange
It is just the way I was raised

On the night of my sleepwalk
I found a few brushes, a lot of paint
A number of pencils and some chalk
I started doodling unconstrained

In the daylight, I saw what I had done
I created a massive thingamabob
The craziness I had spun
It was a giant blob

A shadow in the shade

The feelings came back in a whisper
Just like a shadow in the shade
With closed eyes she searched her memory
And suddenly she was afraid

This new feeling was irresistible
Although she had her share of love
She had never felt this yearning before
Like the touch of a velvet glove

His embrace broke down her defences
The iron bars around her heart
Their bodies pleasurable entwined
She lost herself right from the start

Her sensual body pressed to his
The sensitive kiss was deeply felt
His caress made her loose her sense
Her heart suddenly began to melt

Was this emotion the real thing
Or was it just some feverish lust
Was she destined for magical times
And was this man worth her love and trust

Every minute she spent with him
She felt safe in his strong embrace
Dreams turning into reality
Finding herself in an endless chase
