Treasure hunt

They are hidden everywhere
The fair treasures of your life
You can find them anywhere
With odd shapes and colours rife

You can find them in your dances
Or in your poetry and songs
Life is just a set of chances
A treasure chest that belongs

Your life is like a scrapping card
With different bits of pieces
The feelings you don’t disregard
Your well-being just increases

So if you find some scraps around
Don’t throw them thoughtlessly away
Because at some time in your life you found
You should have saved it for today

Traces in the sky

Your thoughts are a reality
They will never perish
Their operation is mysteriously
It encourages the creation

So good, so evil, they continue to work
A blessing or danger
Be more careful and conscious
What do you do to others

Gaze up in sincere respect
The infinite game
If you see your traces in the sky
Is it good? Does it well?

Touch from heaven

Suddenly a contented smile traces my face
I thought I felt a tiny whisper on my cheek
It was as if I was finally touched by grace
And was led into the magnificent mystic

I was immersed in a bright starburst of pleasure
Release hit me, I let the moment draw me in
I knew I was given a tremendous treasure
And felt the passionate understanding within

This touch from heaven I was craving for so long
Gave me solace and a deep sense of connection
Your unimaginably deep love made me strong
It gave me inspiration, strength and protection

Too much

I don’t know what to think anymore
My brain is way too full
It’s hard to handle or ignore
That constant tear and pull

It doesn’t matter where you look
On the telly or in the streets
In a magazine or small book
On a bench or under the sheets

Wherever I go I hear the hum
Of too much information
The constant beating of the drum
It’s an unbearable situation

I’d like to hear myself think
Of wonderful conception
To write it down in indelible ink
The reality of my perception

But alas it isn’t meant to be
My skull is way to small
My crazy thoughts can’t flow free
There is no space at all

Thousands of tomorrows

I would give you thousands of tomorrows if it were up to me
If only my hands could heal you, but that wasn’t meant to be
I would spin a cocoon around you so you could see
But it’s only you who can set your mind free

I can take you by the hand and lead you the way
But in the end it is you who has to say
That whatever comes and whatever may
It’s still your damaged heart you have to obey

I will stand beside you so you can lean
You can see in the mirror what I have seen
And feel your soul and sense what I mean
That your inner beauty can be calm and serene

So in the darkest moments of your life think of me
And if the light is not as it used to be
And there’s no future in your mind to see
Take my hand and let your thoughts blow free

The wolfs den

Look at the piercing glance in his eye
The way he sees it all
His thick fur, dark and high
Standing on all fours wide and tall

Look at his beautiful mate
She is all he ever needs
Ruling the pack was their fate
She follows where he leads

When times in trouble have arrived
They combine their strength
And make sure everyone survived
Whatever it takes at any length

That is the power of the pack
The togetherness is strong
There is nothing holding them back
Together they ruled so long

The white wolf

Lonely she wandered through the barren mountains
In search for something she didn’t yet understand
She drank from the water of nature’s fountains
And to nourish herself she ate from the land

She disguised herself as much as she could be
Because her white fur was clearly visible
In the background of bushes and a bare tree
She could never afford to be fallible

When the snow melted and spring was almost near
She knew she had to move further up the hills
That in-comprehensive feeling still unclear
The inexplicable yearning gave her thrills

Suddenly this restless feeling disappeared
Resplendent love overflowed her unfilled heart
And all of the loneliness she ever feared
Could not have prepared her for this glorious start

There was a heartfelt and instant connection
Her world now bathed in dazzling radiant light
The lonely black wolf stroked her with affection
She finally knew that her world would be all right

The vibrates of the strings

The silence is deafening in my head
I don’t know if this day will be sad
The music arises brisk and strong
I can’t imagine that something’s wrong

The music enfolds, the orchestra begins
The ravishing energy gracefully sings
I can feel the melody all in my soul
It’s the harmony that makes me take control

Against my heart I feel the vibrates of the strings
Suddenly the delightful enchantment begins
The melodious lines that make us wiggle and dance
The happy tinkle jingles that gives us a chance

I can hear the instruments’ elegant play
Their excellent performance is on display
I let my burning tears flow, my heart perceived
The music takes my sadness, I am relieved

The stars

Flat on my back in the cool grass
I look up to the darkening sky
A picture perfect you can’t surpass
It lets me think and wonder why

The stars are always alluring
And before the night nears its end
It gives me a feel of reassuring
A sense of peace and to comprehend

That I am just an infinitesimal dot
In the splendours of the worldly firmament
And on this grass in my lonely spot
My vision of the sky is permanent

The silent march

We are walking the silent march
With heavy sorrow in our heart
We try to hide all of our scars
Wish we will never be apart

But some misguided men will tell
The twisted truth of their belief
They are under some kinds of spell
Killing humans gave them relief

Does it help these silent marches
To alleviate the worst of pain
Does it help to stand like starches
Cry dry tears of insincere feign

Please try to keep your head up high
And enter this day without fear
This eventually will pass by
Truthfull love is hovering near
